The City of Harbor Beach, Michigan will conduct a public hearing on May 19th, 2025 at 7:15 pm at the City Hall, located at 766 State Street, Harbor Beach, Michigan 48441, before the regular City Council Meeting for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to examine and submit comments on the proposed application for CDBG grant.
