Frog Jumping
Toy Crossing is pleased to announce the winners of the 5th Annual Frog Jumping Contest that took place on Saturday during the Maritime Festival weekend in Harbor Beach. There were 48 frogs that competed to see who could jump the farthest in three jumps without anyone touching them. Collin Bingham from Bad Axe was the winner in the 6 years and under category with a frog that jumped 81". Dylan Kadar of Harbor Beach won in the 7 to 12 year old category with a frog that jumped 79". Ernie Ziroll from Southfield was the only entry in the 18 year old and over category to win with a small frog named Charlie the Leaper that jumped an amazing 12". Toy Crossing thanks Clark Ramsey for volunteering to be the MC and Ron Wruble from Parks and Recreation for setting us up under the tent so we could have some shade.
