Raffle Results

Raffle results are in!!!  This was the sixth year for the Harbor Beach Maritime Festival Community Raffle.  It was headed up this year by the HBAA and designed to benefit many of our local charities and organizations and also to help support the Maritime Festival itself.

This year, a total of 1,467 tickets were sold.  Participants raising money for their organizations other than the Maritime Festival are:

  1. Harbor Beach Athletic Association 
  2. Harbor Beach Chamber of Commerce
  3. Harbor Beach American Legion
  4. Harbor Beach Lions
  5. Eastern Huron Ambulance Service
  6. Harbor Beach Rotary
  7. Harbor Beach Knights of Columbus
  8. Harbor Beach Fire Department

 

The raffle paid over $3200 to these groups to help support their various endeavors.

This years’ 1st Place prize of $2,000 was won by William Kendrick of Mt. Morris. 2nd Place prize of $1,000 was won by Shirley Rink of Port Hope and 3rd Place prize of $500 was won by Terra Booms of Harbor Beach.  4th and 5th places prizes of $200.00 each were won by Bob Papp of Caro and Mike Bisby of Sterling Heights.
